Freedom Benefits is a family-owned insurance agency, focusing on building relationships with small businesses and individuals seeking help with their unique insurance needs.

After many years of working at area banks, holding various service and supervisory positions, Chris Junge took a position at a local insurance agency, heading up their benefits division in 2012. In the last five years, he advised clients on their offered benefits, as well as proposed additional benefits to meet the needs of their employees.  He walked them through the initial steps of employee surveys and open forum meetings to find what was important to the employees. He has helped many employers make the change to different insurance companies, different plan types (Traditional to/from HDHP), and different structures (fully insured to self-funding). He also helped them understand the differences between these plan structures and which could be the most advantageous to offer.

In February 2017, Chris launched Freedom Benefits, LLC and is getting back to the service employers and individuals in the benefits market are desperately looking for. He is looking for people to partner with and not just sell insurance to.  He has access to all major companies and networks and some of the best people to work with. Chris is hands-on during the quoting process, and throughout the rest of the year to employees who have questions or issues with claims and coverage, making himself as accessible as you desire.  Chris is also well-versed in Medicare supplements, meaning the same trusted person who has helped you with health coverage at work can also help you through the transition to retirement.

As a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, Chris has access to daily updates to everything that may affect your benefit plan.  In the current health insurance atmosphere, the biggest benefit Chris Junge brings to you is knowledge and dedication to be educated on the topics affecting you and your coverage.
